Welcome to my brand new website

Hi everyone

I’m pleased to launch my brand new RACHAEL JOHNS website, designed by the fabulously talented Margot of Swank Web Design. I fell in love with Margot’s design immediately and I hope you will too. Have a look around, check out the About Me section and the books pages for a complete list of my books to date.

I’ll update this section of the website whenever I have news – such as a new cover, new release or other exciting news – and occasionally from time to time, I’ll also have guest blogs by author friends of mine. Over on my old blog, I was writing weekly about my progress with my current book PATTERSON’S CURSE – I’ll continue that here as well, but you can read the old blogs here.

You may also notice a shop section – this is still a work in progress, but hopefully soon you’ll be able to order signed books from this site. Watch that space!

As always, I love to hear from readers on Facebook, Twitter or via email – so please let me know what you think of the new site.

Stunningly beautiful website. I adore the desktop publishing & graphic design elements to it. A pleasure to explore. Well done! 🙂

Hi Rachael, I just finished reading Outback Ghost, and I loved it. This is the first book, written by yourself, I have ever picked up. I guess I really understood, Stella and Heidi , as I have a daughter born with cerebral palsy. I found the storyline just lovely, and wondered, if you have first hand knowledge of young ones with disabilities ? I look forward to reading more of your books, with the greatest of pleasure. Thank you Sally.

Hi Sally – thanks for your lovely comment. I’m so pleased you enjoyed OUTBACK GHOST. I haven’t got first hand experience with disabilities but I am a teacher and have had such students in my classes and so I feel strongly about their cause. In OUTBACK DREAMS I deal with autism, I did have first hand experience with that when my middle son was tested for it a few years back. Happy reading. x Rach!
